I'm Joel Hauer. I spent 15 years building and scaling operations, including founding and exiting a VC-backed company that hit $17M in revenue.
In the last two years, I've watched dozens of mid-market organisations (200-2,000 employees) pour money into AI pilots. The pattern is always the same:
