AI Readiness Review · for businesses of 50 people or more

In about 2 weeks, you’ll know which 2 or 3 workflows are worth funding.

Your executive team answers a questionnaire and names the tasks that eat the most time. We write down the hours those tasks take and cost the 2 or 3 workflows worth funding. Then we say whether to start with the Decision Discipline Workshop or the Context Install.

From 50 people, we usually start with the Decision Discipline Workshop, and the Review is the smaller first step. Under 50, the Context Install is the first thing we build.

It takes about 2 weeks, from the questionnaire to the costed shortlist.

The questionnaire covers 6 areas, and each task you name gets its hours written down and dated. The costing and the recommendation sit with us.

What the questionnaire covers

  • What the executive team has agreed about AI, and whether it’s written down
  • Who owns AI work, and who can fund it
  • The rules for using AI and client data, and whether you could explain your AI use to a client or a regulator
  • How your people use AI today, and how a new tool gets approved
  • Where AI already runs in the work, and what it returns
  • How you decide what to keep and what to stop

Who we need

  • Your executive team, to answer the questionnaire and name the tasks that eat the most time.

What we do on our side

  • The baseline: the hours on each task you name, written down and dated, so whatever you fund has a starting number.
  • The shortlist: the 2 or 3 workflows worth funding, each costed, and where we’d start, with the reason.

Each workflow’s hours come from the tasks your executive team named, beside what it would take to fund. The shortlist ends with where we’d start, and why.

Included, 2 or 3 workflows, costed, with where to start

The workshop is priced per firm, for one room. The Context Install is priced once per business for the shared brain, then per person by role.

After the Review, you start with the workshop or the Context Install.

From 50 people, we usually start with the Decision Discipline Workshop, so the executive team agrees where AI goes before anything is built. The Review is a smaller first step, and its shortlist says whether the workshop or the Context Install comes first.

Where the shortlist points

Decision Discipline Workshop
One room of 5 to 15 people who can fund a decision and kill one, and usually first from 50 people. Its fee includes interviews with your key decision makers and one anonymous question to your whole team, so the Review runs neither.See how the workshop runs
Context Install
Builds the brain and each person’s Claude, and is always the first build.See the Context Install

The shortlist says what’s worth funding. In the workshop, the room decides what gets funded, and each funded workflow leaves with an owner and the number it has to move.

Questions executive teams ask about the Review
