Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (methodworks.com.au) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MethodWorks is operated by We Are Visionists Pty Ltd (ABN 18 168 269 716), located in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Services

MethodWorks provides the following services:

• Pilot Purgatory Score™: Free self-assessment tool
• Pilot Autopsy: Paid diagnostic engagement ($5,500 AUD + GST)
• Decision Discipline Program™: Paid executive program (pricing determined via discovery call)

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

Booking and Payment

Engagement Process

All paid engagements begin with a discovery call to confirm fit. Following the discovery call, we will provide a formal proposal or statement of work outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Payment Terms

• Pilot Autopsy: 100% payable upon booking confirmation
• Decision Discipline Program: 50% deposit upon booking, 50% due before program commencement

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to the Decision Discipline Program:

• More than 30 days before: Full refund
• 14–30 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before: No refund

We will work with you to reschedule where possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

For the Pilot Autopsy, cancellations made before work commences will receive a full refund. Once the engagement has begun, refunds are at our discretion based on work completed.

Confidentiality

We understand that our work involves sensitive business information. We commit to:

• Treating all client information as confidential
• Not disclosing client information to third parties without consent
• Using client information only for the purposes of delivering our services

We may reference client engagements in anonymised form (e.g., "a mid-market retail organisation") for case studies or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of all materials, data, and information you provide to us. You grant us a limited licence to use these materials solely for delivering our services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for your engagement (e.g., your workflow maps, roadmaps, board packs).

MethodWorks Materials

Our frameworks, methodologies, templates, and tools remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use these materials for your internal purposes but may not resell, distribute, or commercialise them.

Limitation of Liability

Our services provide strategic and operational guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on factors beyond our control including your organisation's execution, market conditions, and technology choices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems to access the site in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our site without permission

Scorecard Tool

The Pilot Purgatory Score™ is provided as a free self-assessment tool. Results are indicative only and do not constitute professional advice. The scorecard is designed to help you identify potential areas for improvement, not to provide a definitive assessment of your organisation's AI readiness.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
