Paid work is set out in a written agreement. If you’ve signed one with us, its terms prevail over this page.

This page describes how we work today. If your business signed an earlier agreement, we follow that one, and some details here may differ.

What we keep confidential, and what we may use in anonymised form, is in Part 2 of our privacy page.

The context files, skills, configuration and documentation written for your business are yours once the install is paid in full, to use inside the business.

They sit in your own storage and under your own accounts, and they stay with the business when someone leaves. Stopping the ongoing work doesn’t change that.

We keep the rights to the method and templates they’re built from.

What you give us for the work, such as your own processes and data, stays yours.

Each person we set up has their own Claude, so every chat starts from the brain. Your agreement calls each one a seat.

Each person is priced as a leader or manager, or as frontline staff. Which one follows what they’re responsible for, whatever their title.

• Leaders and managers

  Holds approvals or decision records, or connects to your money and client systems. In an advice practice, usually the owner, partners, the practice manager and senior advisers.

• Frontline staff

  Anyone responsible for none of that. In an advice practice, usually paraplanners and admin.

A solo owner’s install is the shared brain, set up for one leader.

Leaders and managers are priced differently from frontline staff at the install. On the Context Layer, everyone installed counts as one. When someone joins, they’re installed first and joins the Context Layer from there.

Every price we quote is in Australian dollars and excludes GST, which is added on top.

This site shows how each product is priced, without the amounts. We work out who’s included with you on the call, and your quote comes from it.

The Context Install builds your AI Business Brain: one shared brain for the business, and each person’s own setup. The Context Layer keeps it current after the install, and the quarterly review sits inside its fee.

Each service is priced on its own. The install is the first thing we build, whatever the size of the business, and the Context Layer has to be live before Decision Deployment or the Decision Layer can start.

These terms apply when you use methodworks.com.au. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• copy, republish or resell any part of it without our written permission
• try to get into our systems
• use automated tools on it beyond reasonable use
• use it for anything unlawful

None of it is professional advice, and none of it takes your business’s circumstances into account.

Some of what you use here is run by other businesses, and their own terms apply to it.

The booking calendar on this site is run by another business, and so are the sites our links open, such as LinkedIn.

We don’t control those services or what’s on them, and we’re not responsible for them.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.

These pages change as the business does, so check anything you plan to rely on with Joel first.
